• There are to be six students to a group, split the class into five groups of six each. Each group receiving two laptops.
  • Then split the groups into halves again determining different jobs then once their research is complete have them rejoin together
  • From that point on the students can create their script together
  • Once the script is together the students can use the web cams of the laptops to film their documentaries.
  • After each group has finished the filming, the students can then move the the classroom computer to add a few finishing touches with the movie maker
  • Students can upload their videos onto YouTube or a class wiki using the laptops and view each others' videos to gain more knowledge.
  • To demonstrate the knowledge they gained, the groups could each write a paper or record a video detailing new things they learn about tornadoes from the videos they watched.
